Our Human Ceruloplasmin ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA for the detection of human haptoglobin in plasma, serum, lysates, and other biological fluids. Samples or standards are added to an anti-human Cp antibody coated plate followed by the addition of an anti-human Cp antibody. An HRP conjugated secondary antibody is then added for detection and the absorbance is read at 450nm. The level of ceruloplasmin in samples is determined based on the provided human ceruloplasmin standard curve.
